    Current Employee - Sales Associate

I have been working at Alliance Residential full-time (less than an year)

-Competitive base pay for on-site associates
-Quarterly bonuses and monthly bonuses on lease can double your base pay
-Benefits are pretty good - 2 weeks vacation, decent health benefits, 401k with match, etc.
-Lots of opportunity for growth as the company expands
    -Work hard/play hard vibe

-If you are not at a lease-up property, your bonus potential is much lower
-All training is done on-iine, not as effective as in person training
-Most sites are open on major holidays like Labor Day, Memorial Day, etc. so you will probably have to work even when no clients are walking through the door
-There should be more recognition/award meetings/company events to boost morale

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Think about adding on-site training & also look at the many holidays that your on-site employees have to work.
