I have been working at Alliance to Save Energy (ASE) as an intern (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The pay is quite nice for the work you do, especially when you are into sustainability and energy efficiency. I did not care of sustainability at first but now I am specializing in it as a chemical engineer.

    Cons

I dont think there are any cons of working here, but if you stay long enough I guess you start thinking the pay isnt worth it. Or maybe thats just me, because I am looking for better internships that pay a lot more.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay the interns more as they work longer for the team.
