Unfair and bias tactics run from administration to campus management no matter your experience or skillset.

I have been working at Alliant International University full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Their retirement pkg is good I would imagine

    Cons

Pay and benefits for new comers are terrible here
President (who is the by the way?) makes six digits but does nothing for his staff and people
Women heavy (too many women that cause drama and are gabby Bettys and don't work)
Technology is backwards here which causes work processes to halt
Network/Internet out 40% of the time
Lack of sensitivity and diversity training
Ethics and confidentially don't exist here
HR, huh? HR doesn't know what's happening half the time
Turn over -turn over -turn over -turn over
Senior Faculty and Program directors do their own thing making it difficult to work in unity - the student suffers

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to the people who do the work for a fraction of salaries you a make
You all are never in your offices
I'd love job making six figures & not doing being accountable. Wait, no I wouldn't. That is ethically wrong!!!
