    Pros

    Great colleagues, who will try to help you out, if necessary; interesting trainee programme; excellent education, which is paid for; different opportunities for a career

    Cons

    Because of high pressure to hit sales targets a lot of stress; selling insurance to clients who do not need one, just to hit targets; lack of communication; working many hours a day to sell insurances, learn for tests and attend meetings

    Change focus from quantitative to qualitative selling
