I worked at full-time (more than 3 years)

Good location and nice co-workers. A decent work/life balance perhaps as a way to compensate for salaries inconsistent with the current market, but that seems to be changing with a lack of hiring to replace people leaving.

Decisions are made in a vacuum and employee input is not valued. Opportunities for career growth are minimal, and the salary increase when moving into a more senior role is capped to a small percentage of the employees original salary. Mediocre health benefits. High rate of attrition.
