Brand recognition. The ability to own your own business. Great signing bonuses, support, training. You can make a very good income. You own your interest in your book of business. You can test out every idea you have ever thought your previous boss should try.

You will need about $50,000 to start. Make sure your rates are competitive for the area you are wanting to start your agency. Marketing can be difficult when you are getting started.
