If you have little to no marketing experience, Allytics will hire you and give you plenty of marketing project work and a Marketing Manager title. Good for your resume or if you're trying to get your foot in the door at Microsoft. If you have any experience, there are no pros - stay away.

Employees are paid below average. Trust doesn't exist. Salary increases are few and far between. Most employees are so miserable they simply get by, praying for opportunities to get out of the depressing Allytics office (referred by employees as "the morgue". ). Most are job searching. Turnover is high. If you're asked to work nights or weekends, there is zero appreciation. There is no compensation or commission awarded for business referrals. In fact, no thanks there either. The CEO is a salesman who consistently talks down to his employees and is known to belittle them in front of clients. The holiday bonus is an Amazon gift card that requires you to spend your own money in order to use it (given the tiny amount is below the minimum for free shipping). Management ignores employee feedback. Worse of all, perception is that the company is only out to make money at all costs, without focusing on employee or customer satisfaction.
