    Steady paycheck. Big parking lot.

Horrible pay. Strange hours. As a trainer my schedule changed over 30 times in two years. Some as drastic as one day 6 am and next day working past midnight. Poor morale because of awful pay and management. No development opportunities. No raises. From CSR to quality to training I was only given 2 dollars more over a four year span.

    Advice to Management

Find a way to pay employees more. VALUE employees. Look to USAA for guidance. Do not view employees as disposable.
