    Pros

Working from home and hours that work with my schedule

    Cons

Very poor training and support after training, they didn't care that you had customer on hold for a hour trying to get some help from anyone. They pushed sales big time which is not what I applied for. Computer systems that was slow, froze and hard to us, very minimial hands on training on the programs.

    Advice to Management

Better training, support and caring about the customer experience as well.
