    I have been working at Alta Resources (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Co-workers are great and during slow times you can have some good conversations. Customers are friendly and appreciate the assistance you are providing. New management in place now which may provide better leadership going forth.

    Cons

    The work is seasonal and the current training is poor. You are ill equipped to take your first call and most team leaders are not trained well to support you. You must be able to learn on your own and communicate with other newly hired coworkers to figure out how to be successful. Sitting for long hours is not as easy as it sounds.

    Advice to Management

    Work on a positive approach to motivate success. The deviation system is broken. Training needs to be revamped.
