    Pros

    Not living in a tent yet.

    Cons

    My Team Leader is a psychopath with sever mental health issues and this is who the company lets manage day to day operations. Doing the work of 3 people and still asked why you didn't do more???

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Give personality profile tests to the people you hire a Team Leaders because there are Bipolar people acting as Team Leaders. They have bluffed their way into management then we have gotten stuck with them and there's no way out. Like I said, it's like living in horror movie.
