I have been working at Altera full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Good pay and benefits. Good work/life balance. Interesting projects from time to time.

    Cons

Moving from technology company to maintenance company. Always on the cutting edge for silicon nodes, but now becoming more process driven. Schedules eliminate much of the innovation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep the ship right until Intel makes a good offer. You will all be well compensated to leave after the acquisition.
