    I worked at Alto-Shaam full-time (more than 3 years)

No good points that I remember.

After son inherited control of business, management created an environment of yelling, blame, finger pointing, and pushing everyone to the breaking point. Anyone who was good at what they did left the company because they did not have to suffer the management.

The philosophy seems to be to press an employee until they show definite signs of breaking mentally and then back off slightly. This level of stress is maintained indefinitely.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the son and hire a real CEO.
