    I got to work in my career industry of choice.


    No molding and/or guidance into a 1st time professional HR position as promised by upper management. Negative and intimidating culture. Unprofessional employees that use harsh profanity freely with HR staff during private consultations. Managers do not follow through with suggested improvements regarding their staff.

    Advice to Management

    Upper management, if you do not lead by example and only by WHO YOU KNOW you can not expect your home managers and their staff to be professional and respectful.
