    Unternehmen entwickelt sich rasant, bietet aber alle Möglichkeiten, sich persönlich zu entwickeln und Arbeitsprozesse mit zu gestalten. Wenn man etwas wahrnimmt, was geändert werden sollte, bekommt man super Unterstützung, daran zu arbeiten. Also kann man für sich selbst und für die Kollegen viel erreichen.

    A very fast paced Company but basically every opportunity to invent yourself and shape processes. What ever you see that Needs improvement you get every Chance and much Support to improve it. Therefore much to accomplish for yourself and for your associates.


    Kann sehr stressig sein. Die Firmenstruktur weicht auf, weil sie nicht mit dem rasanten Wachstum der Firma mithalten kann. Tendenz, nur auf Veränderungen zu reagieren und sie nicht selbst zu gestalten.

    Can be very stressful and tends to loose structure that can not Keep up with the Speed the Company is growing. There's a great tendency to be only able to react on the changes and no longer shape the changes.

    Advice to Management

    Man sollte sich stärker um die Firmenstruktur kümmern.

    Care more for structure.
