    poorly managed, very little room for promotion, frustrating and meaningless task, endless meetings, incessant in fighting.

    Take a hard look at who you have chosen to lead your company, just because someone has been with the company for 15 years doesn't mean they can lead others, or that they have the best plan to move the company forward.
