I have been working at American Access Casualty Company full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Free coffee and bagels on Fridays. Management tries to do a special lunch once a month and there are some really good employees to work alongside. The ability to work from home for certain employees/positions.

    Cons

Management tries to instill fear rather than spend the time to train and invest in their success. The systems are outdated and need improvement. Benefits/pay are below industry standards and there is no 401k match. All of this has led to extremely poor employee morale. Limited opportunities for advancement. There is no career coaching/guidance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Invest in and train your employees they are your strongest asset. Stop and say "hi" from time to time and spend a little time to get to know the people doing the work.
