    Pros

The company is growing at a rapid pace.

    Cons

Senior management places very little value on its employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More recognition when people are delivering results. Less protection for senior management when they are not meeting their plans. They talk a lot about the company's values but fail to live up to them and they feel as senior management it dose not a ply to them.
