I worked at American College of Cardiology full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

If you are a recent college graduate with a background in Public Relations, Government Health, or even an R.N interested in the administrative side of healthcare, then this is a great place to start your career. Interesting job, in both the public and private sectors; I worked a editor for some of the top cardiologist in the world.

    Cons

Because it is an Association, you will peak salary wise quickly here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more men. Unfortunately, a work environment where there are more women than men still produces cattiness.
