    I worked at American College of Physicians full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    They have good benefits. They have a cafeteria., They are at a convenient location. Employees are friendly and it is a , nice building, and they have security

    Cons

    Supervisor brings problems into the workplace and is allowed to harass and fire employees. Human resources allows supervisor to do this. Employees transferred out of department. Retailation for complaining to Human Resources.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    When employees are transferring out of the department and see an employee harassed do something about it. Talk to the Supervsor and put the Supervisor in another position if they are not a people person.
