I have been working at American College of Radiology

    Pros

the people who work there are great folks.

    Cons

entrenched management, resistance to change, lots of politics, HR is in charge, not senior management, fiefdoms within departments, policies differ from dept to dept.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

bring in consultants to examine the organization and how it operates. as it operates now, it results in employee disgruntlement, severe stress and a yearning to leave at the next opportunity.
