I have been working at American College of Radiology

    Pros

Great diversity of people, fun to work in - not corporate mumbo -jumbo. Freedom to run with anything creative if you wish. Good benefits and time off. .

    Cons

No direction from senior management. No clear vision. Scientific leadership not aware of operations leadership and the problematic implementation they have of running a research organization.
Lack of modern technology infrastructure. Has lots of potential not being met. Many whiners.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a good look around executive management....your senior management either is happy with status quo or they are not competent to lead and change this organization to grow with the ever changing radiology field. You have very dedicated and somewhat talented worker bees in spite of leadership!!
