I worked at American College of Radiology full-time (more than an year)

Some nice people to work with and that is about it.

If you are not upper management, you really do not matter much. Overworked, underpaid, and no room for growth. Money is wasted on the privileges for upper management and the board while the front line employees are expected to do their job with very little. There is no sense of true teamwork throughout the college. It is a good old boys mentality. The CEO, while a nice man, is out of touch.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wake up and pay attention to your employees who make it all happen. The HR department is one of the worse I have ever seen; no real caring about employees.

    Doesn't Recommend

    No opinion of CEO
