    Pros

    If you're open, upbeat and love networking, you'll fit in. Leadership highly valued. Very friendly, easy environment. Hard work generally valued. Excellent options for flexible working.

    Cons

    Consensus based decision making slows everything down, to a ridiculous extent at times.
    US HQ much less 'nice' in my experience - much more back biting, less collegiate, more passive aggressive
    Poor pay in London mid management
    limited senior opportunities outside of New York

    Advice to Management

    Incentivise on profitability, not volume
    Make London pay more competitive and make HR far better, to stop losing talent
