    Pros

    Amex has a strong culture, little politics, great opportunities to rotate into different roles and business units. The company's objective to be the premier service company permates into how it manages employees. There are a lot of interaction with senior leaders, industry experts and speakers.

    Cons

    The pay is not as high as other peer companies.

    Advice to Management

    Embrace the hack culture and breakthrough with new products that really change the industry.
