none- just a paycheck. If you like to work in a tense and stressful environment this place is for you.

Due to the amount of people that leave in droves the others are forced to pick up the relentless back to back calls that slam you daily. Individuals are driven to tears and breakdowns and out the door due to unreasonable demands in a high stress environment. The constant monitoring and critique is maddening. Very unprofessional environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to and care about your employees. Don't ignore the Messages and blow off email in hopes we will just "go away" with a valid question or customer service are angering the customer more. Be willing to take the time to help employees not treat them like a robot . Team leaders need to get some training on how to develop a management style, be nice, personable and interact with employees as adults. Scolding or yelling at employees is not going to get you anywhere. People are typically promoted to management without an inkling of skills of how to be one.
