I have been working at American Girl full-time for more than 10 years

It's difficult for me to say much positive at this point. It's a steady job. Benefits are provided. Paid time off.

The workload grows every year and management expects more and more production from a limited staff.
Raises are small if they are given at all.
They hire unintelligent people for management positions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire more people for full-time positions. Pay more.
