I worked at American Golf full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Good opportunity to learn several computer systems in various industries. You can play courses in their network at a very discounted rate.

    Cons

Since they run on tight budgets, AGM and GM are required to wear many hats. GM, AGM, and Superintendent are only full-time personnel, so if anyone calls out sick, management has to cover position + do normal daily duties.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Golf is a hospitality business so you better step up your game in customer service and satisfaction. Stop concentrating on numbers and focus more on customer satisfaction.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
