I worked at American Junior Golf Association as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

You're traveling with a team of eight that will eventually become your best friends of the summer.
Tournament directors and tournament assistants are young, very relateable
All travel, housing, and food (under budget) is paid for.

    Cons

You are away from your family for an entire summer (could be a pro for some people)
    You work long hours!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Operations interns and Communications interns are completely different, make sure tournament directors are operations and communications friendly.
