Helping People in disasters, having a company vehicle to take clients to the doctor
    They have nice Christmas parties,
You get a vehicle to drive to and from meetings

A lot of long hours with little pay supervisors are sneaky and they lie to their employees. You have to work after hours and still get the same pay. Be on call 24/7 and no recognition for anything. Volunteers are very self centered and they do quit if they don't get what they want. Because they can.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need more compensation for loyal workers, better communication with all employees. Pay your employees what they deserve and give them the bonuses that upper management gets. Treat them better than you do.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
