I have been working at American Red Cross full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Benefits and incentives start on the hire date.

    Cons

Low pay. Leadership does not manage problems, even safety issues take a back seat if management likes you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Anyone above a Tech I should be evaluated by someone outside the facility to make sure that the know how to do their jobs. A supervisor should not have more work errors than their staff.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
