I have been working at Amgen full-time (More than 5 years)

    - Benefits and time off is still above and beyond what many other companies offer - Flexibility to move around groups/functions

    - Instability: major re-orgs have been occurring about every 6 months on average for the past few years. - Lack of accountability to ensure projects delivered actually meet intended/projected outcomes. - A lot of red tape and politics

    Advice to Management

Address the elephant in the room and stop beating around the bush. Hold resources/projects accountable for what was intended to be delivered based on measurable outcomes.
