I have been working at Amgen

The people at Amgen are extremely knowledgable, many with vast experiences, who are truly passionate about making a difference in patients' lives. The benefits are great!

Work life balance; low morale & productivity; changing uncertain environment including pending lay-off and restructuring are affecting the culture and values of the Amgen of old.
