    Pros

Small company, great pay, respected in the Healthcare IT Industry.

    Cons

Lack of representation of contractors; remember they represent their client...which is not the contractor. With this in mind, be sure to discuss and include any potential "normal" incidentals, illness, inclement weather, etc. Lastly, make sure you fully understand the position, including the availability of tools "software", because most clients will not allow you to use your own and may or may not provide a robust set of tools.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to equally value your contractors, as much as your clients, then pay your contractors as promised.
