I worked at Amnesty International as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

They obviously do great work in the world and most of the employees were extremely supportive. Levels of enthusiasm change across departments.

    Cons

Sometimes there seems to be little overall direction, as if the organizations has spread themselves too thin while prioritizing a seemingly endless list of human rights actions.
