    I have been working at Amphenol RF full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Great people to work with- employees are great. They have great attitudes and really help each other out.

    Cons

    Management has terrible values and is very very unprofessional. They speak down on other employees when they are not around, and also do not conduct themselves in a unprofessional manner. There is no respect for individuals and their ideas. If you challenge any direction given to you, then you are on the (GET RID of LIST). During the interview they lied about my compensation, they do not show you the incentive plan until after you start, and it's impossible to make money here. They are extremely micromanaging in that SR level managers have to approve everything you give/say to the customer. there is ZERO autonomy at this company or trust in their employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop treating your employees with out respect. Give them the tools and training to be better leaders and also trust your employees more. It will make them work harder for you. Compensate them for the work they do and stop taking advantage of younger people out of college by hiring them at EXTREMELY low low salaries.
