I have been working at Analysis Group full-time (More than 3 years)

-many smart people -casual environment -revenues on the rise -good access to experts in academics, which can be good for grad school -Grad school training for analysts, sr analysts is helpful

-alot has changed over the past few years ive worked here, and none has been for the better -company has gotten big but lacks good structuring, seems haphazard - work goes from being really busy to having nothing to do -so much turnover to higher paying and more interesting jobs -if you take vacation you will be working on vacation -the absolute arrogance You will encounter in some people it is worse than in academics -sadly i wouldnt recommend to friends like i would have a couple of years back. Go to McKinsey or BCG or CRA, or finance or startups or tech instead.

    Advice to Management

-culture is not what it claims to be, maybe time for a real assessment -if you only cater to partners thats all youll have left
