    Really nice people;
    Great work life balance even in the worst case it wont be longer than 60 hours a week;
    Very rigorous, make sure everything is right;
    Finance oriented;
    OK business school placement, havent seen any top 5 recently though.

    There is an extra promotion step from analyst to senior analyst. Every year only around 20-30% of the first year class got promoted. The rest 70%? sorry, you will have to wait for another entire year. The thing is being promoted is sometimes a result of luckiness, if you are stuck in a case with a senior analyst who has worked on the case for 3 years, it is almost certain that you wont be serving as a senior analyst on the team and definitely wont be promoted at the year end.

    In other consulting firms, promotion is always based on tenure, as long as you work hard and don't mess up big.

    The pay is still at the lower end as compared to other leading consulting firms.

    Recently many smart people have left the firm. The leadership has attributed this to a better market and more opportunities elsewhere and take it as it is while not really trying to think how to retain talents. Well, of course people will leave if you are paying sub par and tech firms or other finance firms are paying above par.

    Very poor brand recognition. Dont take me wrong, it is a good firm, but i very much dont agree the leadership's opinion that this is a very "prestigious" firm. The difficulty of landing a job here is way lower than landing a job in MBB or a Investment Bank.

    Very limited exit opportunity. Find another job that pays better if you are lucky, otherwise business school is the only way to go. As compared to management consulting firm. The bottom line is if you are in management consulting, you have a chance to jump to prestigious firms like Mckinsey, Bain, BCG. In AG, where do you go? Cornerstone? lolll.

    Not many athletic people in the firm.

    Very poor management of workload across the firm. Staffers don't know who has capacity and usually could never help when you reach out for work.

    Around 50% of the time you will be working on Qualitative work, ie, reading tedious long legal documents;

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Raise pay, change promotion structure for junior level employees, pick the right people to be staffers.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
