I worked at Analysts International as a contractor (more than 8 years)

Worked in the Clev. OH branch for eight years. Best contracting experience I have ever had (before or since). Really was Carl Stewart, head guy at the branch, that made it great. He looked after his people, but also knew when to take names and kick some butts. Also knew how to spin off the odd balls. Every IT contracting group gets a few.
Knew how to treat the customers GREAT and had the best, yet humblest, team one could ask for.

About 2000, AiC merged with some stupid contract company that sounded big, but was a joke. They, and the economy, dragged the corp down. But, the Clev branch was still doing it right. Then some idiot decided Carl was not the right fit. 18 months later, no Cleveland OH branch anymore. Have not heard "AiC" in Ohio, west PA, Michigan or anywhere else since.

I guess, get out of the Twin Cities and walk in the shoes of your people, your biggest assets, your ONLY asset.
