Former Employee - Business Development Manager in Chicago, IL

I worked at Analysts International full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Decent base salary up front but don't be fooled because they expect you to produce with no recruiting in place

    Cons

They burn and turn through people very quick. The management team in Duluth is completely blind as to what is going on in the offices and has no strategy to enter into new markets. They hire inexperienced manager's like Josh, who don't know the first thing about IT staffing but will walk around talking out of both sides of his mouth and pretend like he does. I can't speak for the other offices but I know for a fact that the Chicago office will never be successful as long as Josh is the manager.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fire Josh and you might be able to steer the ship in the right direction. He has already done a lot of damage though so you better act quickly.
