    Pros

The benefits (health, PTO, etc) are really great. It is also a fun company to work for because you are always getting to work on new projects and you get to explore a lot of different historical documents.

    Cons

The growth ladder within the company doesn't seem to exist. It is hard to know what you need to do to progress in the company. Sometimes management isn't very transparent and you are unclear of decisions being made.

    Advice to Management

Be more transparent with your employees. Use feedback given to management to improve the company and department. Recognize and use the skills of other employees, even in other departments.
