salary was above average for the area. the office was small , able to know all the personnel. benefits were good no copay for medical insurance.
Supplies needed to care for patients hard to come by , there were two offices and the main supply room was in the other office 15 miles away. They once tried to force me to use expired medication in a patients iv line. They were so disorganized that they let their state license expire.
Advice to Management
get organized treat both offices employees the same in terms of scheduling. Stop violating labor laws by forcing people to work 6 and some times 7 days with no day off
