I have been working at Andesa Services full-time (More than 5 years)

Having worked for Andesa for more than 5 years, there have been a large number of changes in the organization. One of the things that has not changed has been the emphasis on the value of each individual team member. Each individual is capable of great things, based on their own self development and understanding of appreciation. Andesa provides multiple opportunities for employee growth and I feel that it increases the overall value of the organization.

No job or career is perfect. There will always be challenges and certain things that are not the best for a given amount of time. Being able to push through those times and grow as an individual allows for any con to be turned into a pro. Andesa is not perfect, but it does provide opportunities for individual/career growth and challenges with rewards that are worth the effort.

    Advice to Management

In management it is difficult to make every decision that is 100% correct for every occasion. Management does do it's best to review the decisions that are made. It would be beneficial, at times, to share as much upfront information as possible (or collect additional feedback from employees) so that decisions that are made are received with better understanding. This includes, but is not limited to: changes in salary ranges, position elimination, position transition.
