I have been working at Anheuser-Busch full-time (More than 8 years)
Terrific experience, great for people whose sole passion is their work, men are rewarded, learn more in a year at A-B than you would five years anywhere else, great bonuses for those higher-banded jobs.
Lack of respect for experience in employees, lack of respect for employees in general, no cost of living increases, no work/life balance, promotes transparency from the top down but I've not seen it, women are second-class citizens, bonuses rarely pay out in a meaningful way for most employees and the targets are often unachievable.
Advice to Management
You believe that all employees are expendable, so you can't expect high engagement and commitment in return.
