I have been working at Aon Hewitt full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great environment, on the tech side its not so stressed,. Flexible schedule, decent benefits and good community feel. Great for needing experience or want steady job going into retirement.

    Cons

If you're looking for quick job growth (atleast on the tech side) this isn't it. The tech job branch is very limited so you can hit flat spot in your growth. As a SCS for this year only 12 or so HW Systems Analyst positions opened up this year. The pay isn't as competitive, but its a trade off. Calm work life for the steady pay. I have managed to get a 2% raise every year since I started. If applying come in demanding more or you wont progress salary as fast.

I'm 28 years old, started when I was 24 out of college so I'm trying to continue my growth. I truly enjoy my time here but now that I've gained relevant experience I am looking for salary growth.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

In order to maintain talent more competitive pay would be nice. I do understand that where one falls 20 are waiting to take its place. Thats good for company and share holders, but sucks when working on delivery for client. I'm only talking from tech perspective as a SCS.
