    Pros

    You will get paid on time.

    Cons

    Don't expect your account rep to follow up and response to your requests. They do not keep in-touch, you won't hear anything (at least anything good) from them.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Make sure your account rep knows that the contractors pay for their salary. They need to be respectful and appreciative toward the contractors the place.
