    Pros

The company offers great rewards & benefits.

    Cons

They have a lot of cut backs on a regular basis, laid employees off, rather than attempt to replace them in another position. If your position is an assistant role, they do not value your contributions. The CEO is very religious and pushes his religion on you. The first meeting you have with him after you are hired is about religion.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The reputation the CEO has created for the company is they use and abuse employees, "turn and burn". Separate religion and the workplace.
