I have been working at Apple as a contractor (less than an year)

The company is great. Great benefits, pay, the facilities are nice and the people are amazing. The equipment you work on is also a perk as it is the latest Apple machinery.

The managers can be overbearing and fake. The metrics are crammed down your throat and there is always the possibility of getting fired when you are on contract. It is like you are a class lower than the "Apple standard" employees. Not allowed full perk access or benefits- it's horrible.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find a new agency to get your contract work through and stop treating people like servants who are unworthy until they are given a badge.
