I worked at Applexus full-time (Less than a year)
Small company trying to be huge, making lot of investments on SAP. Lot of time and resources for self study. Experienced people have quite a decent time.
Freshers are slaves to them. No project/work for freshers till 2 years. Huge senior-junior discrimination in there. The seniors/founders there struggled a lot to build up their career. As freshers who get placements from college do not face such difficulties, these freshers are so very inferior for them. So freshers there should not mingle, should not have fun, and should hear their beautiful words while evaluation. Very low salary packages. People working on SAP technology in market usually have the highest salary. But here, the student startup company nearby provides better package. Always make us to change technology. We will not get to work on anything. Nor we will not be able to say that I'm good in so and so technology. By the time we hopefully study anything, they make us to change again. No well planned strategy as to what to do with the hired people. Main idea with them is freshers be there for 2 years idle. Very poor or low level training given by employees in between their work. And a lot lot more cons to speak about.. This will not end.. Better stay out.
Advice to Management
Just whenever you all get time, watch how other companies are hiring and treating their employees. If your company needs to be international or public, provide that level of amenities and packages to your employees. And above all TREAT ALL AS EQUALS.
