I worked at Applied Biosystems full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

It was just an ok company to work at.

    Cons

There was disconnection between the upper management and the R&D teams, so often times the R&D groups had to figure out what to do without a unified direction. This led to unnecessary tensions between different groups. I left the company a few years ago, but I heard this culture still lingers there.
